I live in the UK and I need to send my family in USA $50,000 dollars. But, their bank does not accept foreign checks. How can I transfer this money to them? And, my bank only allows me to wire them $8000.|||There is not a bank in the world that limits the amount of money that can be transferred in or out....unless of course that money simply doesn't exist. Bank wires are not checks. Banks wire whatever amount you want them to, when you want them to, and receiving banks accept whatever wire comes in.
There is only one problem I see: That you have no money.
Get a life.|||This sounds like the beginning of one of those "foreign money transfer" scam e-mails everyone on this planet has gotten at one time or another .
So what you want is 6 or 7 people to allow you to "deposit" $8,000.00 each into their accounts after providing you with their banking info , such as account #`s , names , addresses , social insurance #`s , dates of birth , etc etc etc ????
And when the cheques arrive at their banks , they write a cheque for how much ? $5,000 ? ... $6,000 ? to your "family" here , and keep the other $2,000 - $3,000 for their troubles ?
Then a few days later the bank withdraws the money from their accounts when they find out there`s no money in your account .
Nice try Einstein ...........
