To zip seems like too-large-a-file to email.
I want to keep relatively high res (so cannot shrink them)
i know flickr, etc., but seems like there should be way to do it without unnecessary step. (I am too far away to zip drive or deliver cd). Thanks for your patience and assistance.|||are u a girl or a boy?|||You can both use Yahoo messenger and send images DIRECT from your computer to hers.

You can send them one by one or as zipped file.
Good Luck...|||you can always upload pictures to snapfish.com and send her the link. She can save the pictures that way or print them out.|||JPGs can't be compressed much further, so the ZIP file isn't going to be much smaller than the total size of the individual files.
You're going to have to bite the bullet and either send the individual files (sometimes in seperate e-mails to avoid server limitations) electronically, or burn to CD/DVD and mail the disk.
Yahoo!'s Flickr or another photo sharing site might be a better alternative. Then your daughter can see the images, and choose only the ones she wants to download (yes, she may not want to have every one of them in high resolution on her computer - she may be a better editor than you. :-) ).
I hope this helps. Take care!
