I need transfer a very large amount of files over the internet?

i need a special software or is any free software like msn, yahoo, for large amounts of data transfer like 3 Gb|||3 gb over the internet may take a very long time but aim would be a good choice, you may want to get an external hard drive so you can physically transfer it to the hard drive and from hard drive to destination.|||If you're transferring files from one computer to another you can use something as simple as AIM or setup a temporary server and use an FTP client to transfer the file. I would recommend AIM because there is no size limit and it's pretty straight forward.
