Is there a minimum amount of credits needed to transfer from a community college to an university?

Is there a minimum amount of credits needed to transfer from a community college to an university? I am looking to transfer from Burlington County College, to say Monmouth University, Rutgers Camden, or Drexel. I've used the njtransfer.org and all of my credits transfer to each institution. I'll be (hopefully) transferring out with about 43- credits ( maybe 6-18 more if i decide to take summer classes )|||it would be easier if you completed your 2 year degree, but take required classes now toward your major.it is much cheaper, and less confusing. and if anything happens(especially if financing is limited)that 2 year degree is yours and no one can take it away.if going to university you have a long way to go to get a degree.|||You can transfer out with any amount of credits. But most colleges will want your high school transcripts and ACT/SAT scores if you have under 60 credits.
