Is there any way to limit the amount of data transfer a user can use in PureFTPd?

I know its possible to limit the amount of bandwidth the user can use, but thats not what I am looking to do. I want to be able to set a limit, such a 3GB, so that once this limit has been exceeded the user will need to purchase more.|||It is awful! Do not do it!
