What universities will accept the most amount of transfer credits in the US?

There are four regionally accredited colleges that use the model that Excelsior College uses. Excelsior, Charter Oak, and Thomas Edison are known as "the Big Three". Athabasca is in Canada.

In most cases, no grade below a C will transfer. Also know that you will need at least 30 hours of upper level courses in most of these programs.

The Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies at Excelsior College is the single most versatile program out there and will likely cost you the least. All of those "fluff classes" fit into this degree perfectly.

If you have plans for grad school, the Athabasca three-year (90 hour) bachelor's degree won't work for most programs.

Look at these - you're probably a lot closer to completion than you think.|||Thanks for answering my question! It really helped a lot!

|||That has nothing to do with it. It all depends on what classes you took and if they are offered at the school that you are transferring to. A school will try to give you all of the credit that they can, but they cannot give you credit if there is nothing to transfer it to. It also depends on if the classes that you took are included within the program at the school that you are transferring to, as well as in their gen ed requirements.
